真相不明，沒有直接證據，且目擊證人似乎各個都出現嚴重腦霧，不僅彼此對案情的陳述出入甚大，連自身前後的證詞都相互矛盾……
陪審團隨著不斷轉變的闡述，陷入亦真亦假的謎團。究竟哪一位證人能擺脫腦霧，針對案情提出令人信服的陳述呢？
進行案情陳述時，開場白都是：「各位陪審員……」

所有玩家輪流進行案情陳述，訴說著一個不斷變化的犯罪故事。

1.起始玩家隨機抽6張牌，重新排列後講述一個犯罪故事。將這些牌依序疊放，形成故事牌堆。
2.擲骰決定要從故事牌堆中移除哪一張牌。
3.下一名證人用剩餘的牌與兩張新增的牌，重新陳述案情，必須對應紙牌順序，並且合情合理。

每一個故事都來自口耳相傳，你必須記住故事的各個細節。如果你成功複述了故事，包括最新更動的部分，而沒有任何失誤，你將獲得一張牌作為獎勵。
