《小城大作》(Minikin City) 是一款「比數字大小」搭配「搶卡順序」的城市經營策略遊戲。

每回合都會指定一種顏色，玩家輪流出牌。符合顏色且數值最高的人能拿回合獎勵；打出小牌的人雖然拿不到獎勵，卻能靠選卡順序優先挑走想要的城市卡，替之後鋪路。

贏了當下獎勵不代表贏了長線，因為挑卡順序反過來獎勵出小牌的人，每回合都要在「馬上拿獎勵」和「先卡到好建築」之間取捨。蓋出的建築本身不會直接得分——建築蓋好後還要把迷你精安置進去才算真正發揮功能，城市再漂亮，沒有迷你精入住也拿不到高分。所以蓋得多不等於分數高，還要顧到有沒有住滿。

規則不複雜，一局約 30 分鐘，2 到 5 人都能玩，適合喜歡動腦取捨、經營建設路線的玩家。算好手中的每張數字牌，把迷你精安排進最合適的建築，打造屬於你的高分城市。
