UNO Teams 是這款經典遊戲的全新玩法！玩家依然需要配對顏色、數字和符號，但不再是單打獨鬥，而是兩人一組並肩作戰贏得勝利。特殊卡牌和規則協助隊友合作，但兩位隊友都必須清空手牌才能獲勝。記得，當你（或你的隊友！）只剩最後一張牌時，別忘了大喊「UNO！」
UNO Teams 依然是大家熟悉且喜愛的經典遊戲，但改為兩人一組！特殊卡牌如「團隊同樂萬用牌 (Wild Team Play)」和「團隊四張抽牌萬用牌 (Wild Team Draw 4)」能幫助團隊並肩獲勝。打出帶有「傳遞」符號的卡牌，玩家可以將一張牌傳給隊友。如果其中一位隊友把牌出完，他們會拿走隊友手牌的一半並繼續遊戲。別忘了，當玩家手牌只剩最後一張時，他們（或他們的隊友）必須大喊「UNO！」
