Now and then the young residents of Fridolin’s farm like to run away and have to be brought back to the barn with the help of the players. You'll need to work together to keep all the animals from straying too far. If you can keep everyone on the farm until sundown, you'll all win together.

1 starting game board, 8 path strips, 1 die, 8 wooden animals, 1 barn, 1 set of cards, 1 set of instructions.

Short game instructions:• Attach the 8 paths to the starting space. (Color path space ≠ color starting space). Place the barn in the middle. Position the animals on any of the starting spaces. Shuffle the cards and have the die ready.
• Play in a clockwise direction, taking turns.
• First roll the die. Each animal standing on the color rolled moves one space forward.
If the farmer is rolled, move any animal back one space.
If the dog is rolled, place any animal back on its starting space.
• Draw a card; if the card shows an animal, this animal moves one space forward. If you draw a luring card, move the corresponding animal back one space. The farmer and the dog have the same effect on the cards as on the die.
• The game ends when an animal leaves the last space on the path. Then everyone has lost together. Or the game ends when all the cards have been used up and no animal has escaped. Then everyone has won together.
